Emigrating Expert provides services subject to the following terms and conditions. The purchase of any services from Emigrating Expert is conditional upon accepting these terms and conditions.
DEFINED TERMS
"Client" or "you" or "your" means the individual visiting www.emigratingexpert.com or any of our subdomains, subdirectories and/or associated companies.
"VAT" means the Value Added Tax imposed by the United Kingdom.
"Emigrating Expert" or "we" or "our" means Emigrating Expert.
"Profile" means the information provided by the Client about the Client and, if applicable, about the Client's family.
"Service" means the Personalised Assessment Service provided by Emigrating Expert.
"Terms" means these terms and conditions.
"Working Day" means a day on which banks are open for business in the UK.
"Website" means www.emigratingexpert.com
PROVISION OF SERVICE
Upon registering your interest and by completing the Eligibility Assessment, you are able to purchase a Service offered by Emigrating Expert. Upon payment, the Service will be delivered to you within the time frame provided for in the Service description. However, in certain cases this may take longer, depending on the complexity of the Client's Profile, or due to changes in immigration legislation or procedures.
The Service to be provided to the Client may vary from time to time.
ENGAGEMENT
By instructing us (whether in writing or by telephone) to make an application or to advise you or on any immigration matter, you accept and agree to abide by these terms. You agree also to abide by these terms when this document is handed, sent or given to you in any format whether electronic by email or fax or by mail or when requested by you either in person, or electronically regardless of the presence of any signature to this document.
Immediately upon instructing us to make an application you undertake to forward to us a sum equal to 50% (fifty percent) or more of the total fee of £285
REFUND POLICY
As soon as payment is received, the Client is deemed to have engaged the Services of Emigrating Expert. As such, payments are non-refundable.
- You accept that in relation to our performance of our contract with you, if you cancel any agreement at any stage, payments are non-refundable
- If your skills assessment application is refused, and you elect not to lodge a new skills assessment, payments are non-refundable
- Withdrawing instructions after a skills assessment application is refused (if application was paid in full) payments are non-refundable
Emigrating Expert will accept no responsibility and you specifically agree that Emigrating Expert be not be liable for any refund of any nature , if an application for a visa, an application for an occupations assessment, an application for state sponsorship, a business plan application, or any application of any nature is refused as a result of your failure to provide acceptable supporting evidence or correct information to us.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CLIENT
Emigrating Expert will use and rely on information provided by the Client in the provision of the Service without having independently verified or assumed responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information. Accordingly, the information provided by the Client must be correct, including contact details such as e-mail, etc. If the information provided by the Client is not correct, the Service may not be accurate.
Any advice provided to you should not be used by any third party as each case can vary depending on the particular circumstances of the applicant and the applicant's family.
The Service also takes into account current and publicly available migration legislation and policy. Emigrating Expert cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy arising from changes to such legislation and policy which are not publicly available at the time the Service is provided or which may occur after the Service has been provided to the Client.
The advice provided through this service, is our interpretion of current legislation, taking into consideration the criteria and information available to us as the time of assessment.
Emigrating Expert reserves the right to terminate this agreement, your registration with or ability to have full or partial access to this website and/or any other service provided to you by us for any reason, including any improper use of this site; provision of false or misleading information; or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to us sharing your information to other companies within the immigration sector, unless specifically requested not to by yourselves.
